City of Ann Arbor - Information Technology Dan Rainey Director of Information Technologies (ITSU) Marlene Robinson Project Manager - ITSU Completed complete telecommunications infrastructure assessment for the City of Ann Arbor, City Hall building. Assessment work was completed in 1Q2006 and reports served as feasibility and cost study for migration to a VoIP telephone system. Assessment included construction cost budget as well as proposed schedule. Project was budgeted and approved. City Hall building was built in 1950’s, addition of cabling to building presents many concern as architectural integrity of building and aesthetic impact was one of primary concern to planners. Diversified Design Services was awarded assessment based upon capabilities and experience as well as pricing.
