·       Our design staff includes four (4) Certified Wireless Site Survey Design Engineers. They perform the onsite surveys and develop a complete design package based on the survey results.

 

·       Our wireless design experience dates back to 1998 working on 900 MHz material tracking systems for a Fortune 100 Corporation’s National materials operations.

 

·       Those early systems have evolved and so has Diversified Design Services.  We are now producing wireless designs for the manufacturing, warehousing and office environments that conform to the current 802.11 standards.

 

·       Our current abilities include Channel Allocated systems, Access Point Controller based systems, Self-healing Wireless Networks and OSP mesh, bridged Wi-Fi systems.

 

·       Our designs incorporate the information provided from the onsite survey to develop CAD drawings that depict each access point’s Area of Coverage, an overview of all access points with overlapping coverage and Channel Allocations used to configure the network access points.

 

·       Our CAD design drawing packages include the necessary installation details covering UTP cabling pathways and any unique construction conditions found at the facility.

 

·       We have developed in-house a detailed access point installation document.  This document has become a model for other company’s deployments. We have also developed unique installation solutions based on our understanding of the numerous installation environments.  Our solutions have resulted in our customer’s enjoying substantial labor and material savings.
